Shortmox takes rights, attribution, and access concerns seriously.
Because the platform may present titles through third-party or publisher-controlled sources, rights context can change over time. A title that was publicly viewable or embeddable at one moment may later become restricted, corrected, or unsuitable for continued display.
You should contact us if
- You are the rights holder or authorized representative of a title shown on the platform
- Attribution appears incorrect
- An embedded or linked source is no longer appropriate
- A title should no longer appear
- Access status has changed
- Contextual information needs correction
When submitting a rights-related notice
Please include your name, your role or authority, the title concerned, the relevant URL, the nature of your request, and any documentation or clarifying information you believe is necessary.
Operational response
Where a rights or access concern appears credible, Shortmox may temporarily disable the title, remove the embed, restrict visibility, correct attribution, or fully remove the entry. The platform prefers a cautious, solution-oriented approach rather than leaving disputed content active without review.
